The Information Solutions Program Manager III reports to the Director of Analytics and is dedicated to providing client facing, consultative, business relationship management services to MUSC, partnering with executive leaders and stakeholders of highly complex and sensitive business and clinical domains serving as their primary liaison to Information Solutions’ (IS) for program management. This position is responsible for workflow design, user education, informatics, and implementation throughout the product lifecycle. This position closely collaborates with all teams in IS and key stakeholders as needed for project success. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating organizational change across a complex, multi-site, statewide health system. The Program Manager III will work directly with both operational and clinical teams, identifying project champions, determining key performance indicators and developing strategies to track and measure success. In addition, the Program Manager I will be responsible for year‑round orchestration governance, prioritization, risk management, and submission readiness across these stakeholders. This role requires an experienced professional with a solid understanding of change management principles, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
