About The Position

The Program Manager II will be responsible for identifying, designing, developing, implementing, and executing new and existing processes, policies, goals, and solutions to ensure optimal customer experience related to fulfillment solutions. This role drives development efforts, manages priorities for project/program completion, and creates schedules. The Program Manager II will identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions. They will develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance operational productivity, accuracy, and effectiveness. Additionally, the role involves evaluating the effectiveness of current or future fulfillment channel performance, collaborating with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes, and resolving problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, supply chain, and fulfillment operations. The Program Manager II will maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key business performance indicators, and manage cross-functional teams and/or third-party vendors for implementation of project/program requirements. A key responsibility is to develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to milestones and performance across all projects, and using this data to drive/influence business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in the job offered or as a Program/Project Manager, or a related occupation.
  • One year of experience in managing operations projects from design to implementation for large-scale fulfillment solutions.
  • One year of experience in selection optimization.
  • One year of experience working with statistical analysis and data mining tools utilizing Excel, Tableau, or SQL.
  • One year of experience in program management, including managing, planning, organizing, scheduling, and tracking of projects from initiation, planning, execution, and delivery.
  • One year of experience working in the business procurement organization of a consumer market segment company or related industry experience in supply chain/transportation operations, direct-to-customer fulfillment/distribution center/operations, general management, or engineering operations.
  • Domestic and/or international travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
