Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in supply chain, vendor management, SAP and lean manufacturing.
Experience utilizing data analytics to solve operational problems.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Research, or Industrial Engineering.
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience with SAP ERP structures and modules.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills include distinct ability to synthesize complex data sets into highly polished, executive-ready business cases.

Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day reverse logistics and recycling workflows across all locations, managing relationships with key recycling vendors, site setups, and security audits.
Standardize global workflows through robust standard operation process authoring, lean continuous improvement initiatives, and stakeholder training.
Leverage supply chain analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities, audit transaction compliance (SAP/shipping portals), and streamline vendor invoicing.
Lead timezone-spanning alignment across AMER, EMEA, and APAC to rapidly resolve logistics bottlenecks and customs escalations.
