Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems.
Experience in driving the remediation programs.

Nice To Haves

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Deep domain expertise in data center electrical/mechanical infrastructure (e.g., switchyards, transformers, HV/MV distribution, cooling towers, chillers, gensets).
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, manage multiple concurrent projects, and lead global, cross-functional teams.
Highly adaptable who thrives in ambiguous environments and excels at creating scalable process order to drive results.
Ability to travel up to 15% domestically or internationally to work with sites or equipment suppliers.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end execution of complex remediation projects across the mission-critical data center portfolio, from initial concept through operational handoff.
Establish comprehensive program roadmaps and master schedules, identifying interdependencies between concurrent workstreams such as power and cooling infrastructures.
Own project resource allocation and workflow prioritization across multiple sites to ensure consistent execution and team utilization.
Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Data Center Operations, Data Center Service) and external vendors to deliver projects within scope.
Prepare and present project status reports, financial forecasts, and risk assessments to executive leadership and directors.
