The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data and systems, able to maintain accurate donor records, and to create reports as needed. This role also manages the Foundation’s scholarship process from start to finish, coordinating closely with Financial Aid to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to scholarship distribution and application to student accounts. This position supports donor engagement efforts by coordinating the development and mailing of the annual year-end appeal, assisting with ongoing stewardship activities such as monthly birthday card outreach, and helping create basic marketing and stewardship materials aligned with College and Foundation branding guidelines. A strong attention to detail is essential, as this position helps ensure the integrity of the Foundation’s financial activity and donor information. Just as important, this individual works well in a team environment, enjoys collaborating with colleagues across campus, and builds positive relationships while supporting ethical and compliant fundraising practices. The successful candidate communicates fundraising principles clearly and respectfully, offering guidance and support while also holding internal college departments and student clubs accountable to established fundraising standards. Through this work, the position helps ensure donor relationships are thoughtfully stewarded and that philanthropic support continues to advance opportunities for students and programs across the college.
