Wayne State University is searching for an experienced Program Manager, HIV Training & Education - Department of Internal Medicine at its Detroit campus location. The Program Manager, Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Training & Education is responsible for the implementation and management of federally and state-funded programs designed to strengthen the HIV syndemic workforce across the state of Michigan. This role oversees the delivery of training programs, technical assistance, clinical consultation, and coordination of clinical preceptorship opportunities. The Program Manager plays a critical role in supervising program staff, coordinating educational initiatives, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements, while advancing interprofessional education and clinical capacity-building efforts. Key responsibilities include executing approved workplans, supporting continuous quality improvement, and contributing to sustainable HIV workforce development outcomes. This position reports to the Associate Director, MATEC Michigan.
