Aptarro is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a product-led healthcare technology environment. This role will drive strategic programs that span product, technology, operations, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, execution excellence, and measurable outcomes. Requirements

  • 5+ years Senior level experience as a Program Manager leading large, cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven experience in product led transformation environments
  • Demonstrated success operating in ambiguity while driving clarity and execution
  • Strong program governance, planning, and delivery capabilities
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including executive level communication
  • Ability to influence without authority and align diverse perspectives toward common goals
  • Willing to work as a 1099 Contractor

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or health tech industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with SaaS, digital health, or enterprise healthcare platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Planner, Loop, Teams, Azure Dev Ops); experience with or willingness to adopt product management platforms such as Jira and Confluence as the organization scales
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable navigating fast paced, evolving environments
  • Calm, decisive, and outcome-oriented leadership style

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program planning and execution across multiple, interdependent workstreams
  • Establish and maintain program governance, operating rhythms, and clear accountability
  • Facilitate PDLC stage-gate reviews and ensure workstreams move through from discovery through delivery and launch.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations and Growth leaders to deliver transformation initiatives
  • Translate ambiguous objectives into structured plans, milestones, and success metrics
  • Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and constraints
  • Provide clear, executive level reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Drive change management and stakeholder alignment across technical and nontechnical teams
