Requirements

  • Creating Project and Program/Portfolio schedules in MS Project
  • Coordinating project schedules with Customers for deployments
  • Creating PowerPoint briefings for Customers
  • Managing Project budgets for material requisitions against project requirements
  • Providing tasking to and managing project personnel
  • Approving timesheets
  • Support the internal, corporate team in deployment of a new ERP and on-boarding all existing projects into that ERP
  • On-boarding new contracts and handling contract modifications
  • Submitting travel budget requests
  • Tracking project finances to support invoicing
  • Providing monthly project health reporting to company executives
  • Supporting bid and proposal efforts for new contracts and for extensions of current work
  • Liaison between corporate finance teams and project delivery teams
  • Program delivery strategic and financial planning
  • Managing program performance and profitability
  • Dealing with complexity, data analyze and implementing customer program goals
  • Strong organizational, time management, administrative, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of time to customer meetings, test and training exercises, and to oversee deployments.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Minimum 10+ years in a similar role at another systems integrator
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum DoW SECRET clearance required, Top Secret preferred
  • Self-motivated with a “default-to-action” mentality
  • Ability to take on new tasks, as well as identify and address challenges or inefficiencies, with little direction.

  • Accomplishes strategic objectives by overseeing multiple project activities
  • Communicate program expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and project objectives
  • Coordinate and monitor project plan, budget, and technical performance
  • Achieves project objectives through preparing and completing action deliverables
  • Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer deliverable standards
  • Resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and implementing change.
  • Establish project governance to report project plan,
  • Budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
