About The Position

Strategies to Empower People is seeking a full-time Program Manager for Supported Living Services to coordinate, develop, and implement a community-based supported living program for disabled adults in the Yuba, Sutter, and Placer county areas. This role involves overseeing and coordinating Supported Living Services for adults with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). The Program Manager will handle administrative duties such as documentation and reports, supervise field staff, conduct on-site assessments for new clients, provide hands-on support to current clients, and develop and implement various plans and goals. This position directly supervises field supervisors and one-on-one support staff, ensuring the health, safety, and success of both clients and employees.

Requirements

  • At least three (3) years of experience working with individuals who have Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD population).
  • At least two (2) years of supervisory experience.
  • At least two (2) years of budgetary/finance experience.
  • Understanding of Supported Living Services (SLS).
  • Understanding of the Medi-Cal system.
  • Proficiency with standard electronics, computer, and database systems.
  • Aptitude with using different systems and maintaining professional communication (verbal, written, typed).
  • Licensed and insured driver with a clean driving record (no excessive points, no DUIs/wet-and-reckless in the past 10 years).
