About The Position
Oura is seeking a Program Manager, Field Testing to manage the execution of their Field Testing program. This role will oversee active tests from start to finish, ensuring tester engagement, feedback collection, and hardware management. The Program Manager will work closely with the Field Testing DRI, handling operational details to allow the broader team to focus on strategic decisions. This is a U.S.-based hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week in office, with a preference for candidates in San Francisco or San Diego.
Requirements
- Experience managing programs or projects.
- Ability to keep testers engaged.
- Ability to ensure feedback is flowing.
- Ability to manage hardware.
- Ability to work with minimal oversight once ramped.
- Ability to work in close partnership with others.
- Ability to own operational detail.

- Experience with Centercode.
- Experience in user validation functions.
Responsibilities
- Own the execution layer of Oura's growing Field Testing program.
- Run active tests end-to-end, keeping testers engaged, feedback flowing, and hardware accounted for.
- Manage the operational detail of the field testing program.
- Work in close partnership with the Field Testing DRI.
