Within Academic Affairs - CAO, the Program Manager, Faculty Leadership Recruitment supports faculty leadership recruitment initiatives that strengthen institutional growth, advance leadership search strategies, and enhance recruitment operations across the organization. The Program Manager, Faculty Leadership Recruitment plays a critical role in expanding leadership recruitment programs, developing candidate pipelines, and improving recruitment processes to support increasing search volume. The Program Manager, Faculty Leadership Recruitment collaborates with stakeholders to identify leadership talent, implement recruitment initiatives, and provide strategic recruitment support across multiple faculty leadership search types within UT MD Anderson. The ideal candidate will possess experience supporting leadership recruitment programs, candidate sourcing, talent mapping, recruitment strategy development, process improvement, analytics, and workforce planning.
