The F-35 Maintenance Systems Sustainment Program Manager is a key leadership position ensuring the readiness and effectiveness of the F-35 fleet by enabling effective aircraft maintenance aligned with contract objectives and F-35 strategic priorities. This role involves managing the cost, schedule, and technical delivery of Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS)/Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN) sustainment scope, including current contracts, future options, and proposals. The Program Manager will oversee all phases of the program lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring successful product sustainment. Effective coordination across the F-35 Maintenance Systems and the larger Sustainment Program Management Office is essential, requiring seamless integration of sustainment operations across the enterprise. This includes managing Maintenance Systems JPO stakeholders’ governance and requirements planning, facilitating the Maintenance Systems Change Proposal (MCP) cycle, and developing and implementing program plans for successful product sustainment from day one of fielding. The role also involves identifying and implementing initiatives to improve ALIS/ODIN performance in the fleet and developing and implementing strategies to align with customer and company priorities within the evolving business landscape.
