Requirements

10 to 12+ years of experience in DevSecOps
10 to 12+ years of experience in Agile Scrum Project Management
10 to 12+ years of experience in IT Transformation Planning
10 to 12+ years of experience in Technology Strategy Planning
Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance is required.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
Experience with system migrations, particularly involving hybrid environments of both Windows and Linux
Exposure to container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
Hands-on knowledge of storage solutions
Hands-on knowledge of endpoint management tools
Background in leading IT modernization or transformation initiatives, especially those requiring coordination across multiple technology domains

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the transition of a medium-sized IT system to a new program, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Oversee all aspects of IT modernization and transformation initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Coordinate and manage resources across Windows and Linux servers, Kubernetes clusters, storage appliances, desktops, and associated management software.
Implement and maintain IT Service Management best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Apply Agile Project Management methodologies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and industry best practices.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation throughout the IT transition process.
