About The Position

The Program Manager is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and maturity of the global trade compliance program. This role serves as a central coordinator for communications, governance, project execution, and continuous improvement efforts across Enterprise Trade Compliance. The Program Manager partners closely with compliance leaders, legal counsel, business units, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively, decisions are governed appropriately, and change is implemented successfully across the enterprise. Requirements

8-10 years of progressive experience in leading teams to drive change required.
Experience in program management and strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
Continuous improvement and process optimization experience.
Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive results through collaboration.

Nice To Haves

Trade Compliance, Customs, Export Controls, legal, or regulatory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate Trade Compliance initiatives by managing project portfolios, developing execution plans, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and driving alignment across stakeholders.
Administer governance processes by preparing executive communications, tracking decisions, and ensuring accountability for strategic priorities.
Develop and execute communication and change management strategies that drive awareness, engagement, training, and adoption of Trade Compliance initiatives across the enterprise.
Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and continuously improve Trade Compliance processes, controls, and operating effectiveness. Incorporate technology solutions and data to drive process efficiency and effectiveness.
