Program Manager – Enterprise AI Citizen Development Enablement
About The Position
The Program Manager will lead the transformation of the citizen development program into an enterprise AI enablement capability for our global organization, enabling business-led innovation by empowering citizen developers and scaling AI tools and solutions across the enterprise. In doing so, this role will drive cross-functional collaboration across Digital Technology, HR L&D, Business Units, functions, and external partners to deliver structured, business-aligned solutions, while leading AI community engagement and organizational enablement efforts. This role is about more than technology; it’s about enabling smarter decisions, fostering an innovative culture, and ensuring responsible use of AI across our global operations, while maintaining a strong understanding of AI platforms, tools, and solution development practices to effectively guide and scale enterprise adoption.
