About The Position

SavvyMoney is seeking a Program Manager, Enterprise AI Adoption to lead the company's transformation towards becoming AI-native. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional leadership role focused on technology strategy, people change, and organizational performance. The successful candidate will design and manage programs to identify AI opportunities, build adoption frameworks, drive behavioral change, and report outcomes to the C-suite and Board of Directors. This role requires a builder and communicator who can manage ambiguous transformation into clear programs with accountability, measurable milestones, and sustainable outcomes. A genuine enthusiasm for AI and its possibilities is essential.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for AI and what it makes possible; follow the space closely, experiment with tools personally, and speak with conviction about AI opportunities.
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience.
  • At least 2 years leading enterprise-wide transformation or change management initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing change management programs at scale (e.g., technology adoption, digital transformation, process re-engineering).
  • Hands-on familiarity with enterprise AI tools and concepts (LLMs, AI assistants, automation, prompt engineering) with practical experience using these tools.
  • Proven experience presenting to executive leadership and/or boards with clarity, confidence, and judgment.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills; able to build trust and lead without direct authority.
  • Ability to translate AI enthusiasm into business language, connecting technical possibilities to strategic value.
  • Data-driven approach to program management; comfortable building measurement frameworks, defining KPIs, and letting outcomes guide decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complexity into clear narratives and crisp executive summaries.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, PgMP, Prosci ADKAR, or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a regulated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own SavvyMoney's enterprise AI adoption program across all business functions.
  • Build and maintain a formal program structure including charters, roadmaps, governance cadences, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
  • Identify, prioritize, and sequence AI use cases using a structured value and feasibility framework.
  • Partner with leadership to align AI adoption goals with company OKRs and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the design and execution of a company-wide change management program to shift workflows towards AI-generated and AI-assisted work.
  • Partner with business functions to co-develop and implement adoption playbooks, training curricula, and enablement resources.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation by creating safe environments for testing and learning from AI-assisted workflows.
  • Build feedback loops and change readiness assessments to measure organizational adoption and identify resistance.
  • Coordinate with HR, L&D, and functional managers to embed AI proficiency into role expectations, onboarding, and performance frameworks.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for AI adoption program health, reporting to the C-suite and Board.
  • Translate complex program data into concise executive narratives.
  • Facilitate executive steering committee sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with functional stakeholders.
  • Track and report on program activities including milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Define and instrument metrics such as productivity uplift, cost avoidance, time-to-insight improvements, and user adoption rates.
  • Partner with IT to manage vendor and tool relationships related to enterprise AI tooling.
  • Maintain a living inventory of AI use cases across the organization.
