This job contributes to Starbucks success by building and providing leadership for strategy, plans, execution and evaluation of complex, multi-year, multifaceted Engineering control and automations programs. Negotiates for human, financial, and other resources, liaises with external and internal vendors and sponsor-clients on program-related matters and provides professional guidance and leadership to teams to realize the strategic business vision or desired result. Coordinates the multiple projects within the program in accordance with established standards and best practices. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles. This role requires regular engagement with manufacturing and distribution sites in the U.S. Southeast; therefore, candidates must be located in or near South Carolina or Georgia, or able to frequently travel to these locations as required.
