About The Position
WECTEC Staffing Services, a subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, is seeking a Program Manager to support Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Demand Side Management (DSM) programs within a regulated utility environment. This is a hybrid position based in Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of energy efficiency programs, ensuring they meet regulatory goals, performance targets, and customer needs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Program management OR product management
- 3+ years of experience managing budgets and forecasting
- 3+ years experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
- 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of assigned DSM programs
- Oversee program performance to ensure understanding of regulatory filings and goals
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and program performance metrics
- Administer and maintain program rules, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Manage projects using Salesforce (CRM) or similar systems
- Collaborate with internal sales and program teams, trade partners and contractors, and vendors and external partners
- Respond to partner inquiries and support program-related communications
- Develop customer-facing materials and internal documentation
- Support training efforts for our teams and external partners
- Participate in program meetings, planning sessions, and performance reviews
- Help with regulatory filings, reporting, and testimony support
