Responsibilities

  • Creating Program Strategy and connecting the dots: Understand the key elements of our transformation journey and bring them together in a cohesive, programmatic manner to be able to execute on. With the definition of the KPIs that will help us measure progress, you will drive the benefits of better portfolio understanding. Define clear, measurable outcomes tied to user behavior and tool-based value. Prioritize work based on evidence and impact, not urgency or pressure. Create outcome-oriented sprint goals that give teams a shared sense of purpose.
  • Work with users, not for: We embrace a product mindset at Sanofi. You will work with various stakeholder groups including process owners, programs owners, and product owners to streamline the experience of them navigating portfolio capabilities so that they can make the best decision, faster. You will conduct interview, workshops, journey mapping sessions, and test assumptions and iterations on how the products can be designed to better suit the outcome targeted.
  • Transformation KPI management: You will iterate on the development of a transformation KPI dashboard and reporting structure that can help users make the best decisions about changes or enhancements they need to make in their program plan, to deliver on the right outcomes. Bringing the right insight to various levels of stakeholders will be key to drive an understanding of the current state and where we navigate to next.
  • Portfolio insight generation: You will drive actionability off insight by advising on trends, issues and risks that need to be investigated. You will help drive solutions on how to navigate next steps best with the right support structures for endorsement.
  • Build Shared Understanding Use story mapping, journey mapping, and collaborative design sessions to align teams around the why before jumping to the how. Work with your local and global teams to bring the best solutions forward for execution. Bring stakeholders into discovery, testing, and co-creation at the right moments. Make dependencies, trade-offs, and priorities visible and legible across the team.
  • Engage & Align Stakeholders Work closely with business SMEs, leadership, compliance, tech, and design. Use storytelling to rally diverse stakeholders around problems and outcomes.
