About The Position

The Program Manager, Data & Product Management serves as a key operational leader within the Central Data & Product Delivery Team, partnering closely with leadership to ensure enterprise investments in data, analytics, AI, data science, and digital capabilities are aligned to strategic priorities, have clear business ownership, and deliver measurable business value. This role is responsible for managing the intake, prioritization, governance, and performance management processes that enable the organization's data and digital strategy. The Program Manager will lead demand management processes, support the implementation of the Product Operating Model, coordinate adoption and value realization activities, and provide visibility into portfolio performance across enterprise initiatives.
