Job Family Definition: Leads customer engagements across the lifecycle, from presales to delivery handoff , ensuring alignment to scope, time, budget, and quality expectations. Responsible for planning, shaping, and managing delivery strategies , risk reporting, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders. Management Level Definition: Operates as a leader of high-risk, high-value, multi-workstream global engagements . Provides leadership across cross-functional teams, driving governance, delivery strategy, and execution alignment in complex environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 10 years of project management experience or within like roles
• PMP Certification
• Comfortable use of Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project and Salesforce.com
• Thorough understanding of GreenLake products
• Expertise in presales, deal shaping, and delivery lifecycle
• Financial and commercial acumen
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in complex global environments
• Excellent presentation skills in front of 10-20 attendees
• Advanced communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement during presales and transition to execution
• Shape and validate scope, timelines, and resource models
• Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, Delivery, and Solution Architects
• Ensure governance and seamless handover from pursuit to delivery
• Lead global cross-functional teams
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
• Drive input into SoW, pricing, and cost models
• Establish executive-level stakeholder relationships
