About The Position

Full Time, Employee, Salaried position providing Administrative Oversight and Clinical Services over programs assigned by supervisor. This role requires a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, along with program management experience. The position involves collaborating with internal and external partners, collecting data, creating project timelines, budget reports, and written program updates. Responsibilities also include working with Electronic Health Records for tasks such as billing, scheduling, intakes, and credentialing, as well as providing individual, group, couples, and family counseling to youth clients and their families. The role may also involve training internal staff and external clinicians, and attending meetings with funding sources and community stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master’s in Counseling, Social Work or related field
  • Program management experience
  • Experience in youth prevention and treatment models

Responsibilities

  • Provide Administrative Oversight and Clinical Services over programs assigned by supervisor.
  • Provide administrative oversight to programs as assigned by director.
  • Problem-solve issues interfering with program goals.
  • Collaborate with partners both internally and externally.
  • Collect data, create project timelines, budget reports and written program updates to the director.
  • Produce documents of various levels of complexity, ranging from plain copy typing to the manipulation of data to create complex presentations.
  • Examine, check, and verify documents for completeness, appropriateness, accuracy.
  • Work with an Electronic Health Records to complete tasks related to billing, scheduling, intakes, credentialing, etc.
  • Provide individual, group, couples and family counseling to youth clients and their families.
  • Attend and complete all required training as directed by director.
  • Provide training to internal staff and external clinicians as assigned by director.
  • Attend meetings with external funding sources and community stakeholders as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
