As a Program Manager, you will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs. Requirements

• Bachelors Other Healthcare related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare setting

• Experience working with healthcare employee population
• Masters Other Healthcare, Social Work, or Nursing

Responsibilities

• Oversees CLC programs, including planning, developing project missions, objectives and targets.
• Manages project delivery and acts as subject expert for projects assigned.
• Develops, refines and revises project documentation, deliverables, milestones, resources, schedules and budgets of the projects and programs assigned.
• Examines alternative methods of providing required services in order to reduce departmental supply and personnel costs.
• Responsible for creation of project/program metrics.
• Identifies various constituents and develops appropriate communication approaches, suspending judgment until all points of view are fully explained and understood.
• Supports, provides, clarifies, and ensures adherence to Dignity Health's Mission and Philosophy
