The primary responsibility of the Program Manager, Child Crisis is to provide onsite daily management of the Crisis Center. This role will function as a leader among the Lead Behavioral Technicians and Behavioral Technicians, ensuring frontline processes are efficient and effective, ensuring excellent communication flows freely between leadership and the direct floor staff, and ensuring quality care is provided to the youth served.
