About The Position
Provides leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management for the Care Link intake and assessment program, ensuring high-quality, compliant, patient-centered services while supporting staff development and organizational goals. Leads the intake team, oversees clinical operations, coaches staff, monitors quality and compliance, develops community partnerships, and promotes continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
- Current Ohio LISW or LPCC with supervisory designation
- Minimum two years of behavioral health clinical experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
- Knowledge of behavioral health documentation and HIPAA.
- Critical thinking and sound clinical judgment.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the Care Link intake program.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop intake and assessment staff.
- Promote best practices, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate program resources to maximize operational efficiency.
- Support strategic initiatives and community partnerships.
- Monitor program outcomes, audits, and documentation quality.
- Facilitate communication across departments and stakeholders.
- Maintain familiarity with community resources and referral networks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Directly supervises assigned staff, including coaching, performance management, scheduling, training, and professional development.
