Bloomberg Philanthropies' Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program seeks to expand high-quality career programs and pathways for students who may not pursue a traditional four-year college pathway immediately after high school, helping more young people access high-demand careers, family-sustaining wages, and greater economic mobility. As the CTE portfolio grows, Bloomberg Philanthropies is focused not only on supporting individual communities, but also on understanding what works, identifying emerging lessons and best practices, and sharing that knowledge so successful approaches can be adapted and replicated by other communities, policymakers, funders, and education and workforce leaders. Bloomberg Philanthropies is seeking a Program Manager to help lead the work of the CTE portfolio including research, evaluation, and program management. The role will work across the portfolio to support program needs and help assess progress, identify emerging lessons, and translate findings into insights and resources that can strengthen programs and inform the broader field. The Program Manager will also support national and regional convenings that bring together grantees and leaders across education, workforce, government, philanthropy, research, and industry to share lessons, address common challenges, and advance effective CTE and education-to-career pathways. The role is based in New York City and will require regular domestic travel.
