Program Manager, Card Plastics

About The Position

As a successful Program Manager, Card Plastics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies that elevate our card plastics product visibility, drive client engagement, grow pipeline, and support revenue growth. You will assist with GTM strategy design, enable cross-functional execution, compelling value propositions, identify and target whitespace, and ensure that sales initiatives are scalable, data-driven, and tightly aligned with Issuer Solutions growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in card plastics, GTM execution or sales/revenue operations roles
  • Proven ability to drive GTM strategy development and execute cross-functional initiatives that drive revenue
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM, sales analytics, and forecasting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Tableau)
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Eloqua, or Seismic
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and refinement of integrated card plastics strategies for new product launches, market expansion and customer segmentation.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure plastics strategies align with customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Promote go-to-market planning and sales execution for new product launches, ensuring alignment with product strategy and commercialization timelines.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies that drive growth and improve sales.
  • Analyze customer segments and market data to determine where opportunities exist.
  • Facilitate the execution, ongoing project management and reporting of new strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to sales leaders.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, product sheets, and client-facing collateral.
