About The Position

Huntington is seeking a Program Manager to own the Branch Business Academy curriculum. This role involves keeping content current, improving the program based on feedback, and serving as the lead facilitator for academy sessions. The Program Manager will create an engaging learning environment, administer assessments, conduct in-market visits, and provide coaching to recent graduates. They will also observe customer-facing behaviors, offer feedback to local leadership, and partner with leaders to reinforce expectations. This role requires coordinating content reviews, representing the voice of branch colleagues and customers, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of related experience

  • Experience in learning and development, instructional design, sales training, or adult learning

  • Demonstrated knowledge of business banking products, solutions, customer conversations, and relationship development

  • Ability to provide clear developmental feedback and influence partners and leaders without direct authority

Responsibilities

  • Owns the Branch Business Academy curriculum, learning journey, facilitator materials, participant resources, role-play activities, assessments, and certification tools
  • Keeps academy content current and relevant by incorporating changes to Huntington products, processes, policies, systems, sales practices, and strategic priorities
  • Uses participant, field, leadership, and partner feedback to continuously improve the program and strengthen learning outcomes
  • Maintains clear content governance, version control, and readiness standards for each academy cohort
  • Serves as the lead facilitator for Branch Business Academy sessions delivered throughout the Huntington footprint
  • Creates an engaging, inclusive, and application-focused learning environment using discussion, practice, role-play, case studies, and customer scenarios
  • Administers participant assessments and certification activities and documents development or remediation needs when appropriate
  • Conducts in-market visits with recent academy graduates to reinforce learning and support consistent application after certification
  • Participates in joint customer and prospect appointments with branch colleagues, providing practical coaching before and after the interaction
  • Observes customer-facing behaviors, business banking routines, opportunity identification, solution positioning, and partner engagement
  • Provides timely, objective, and actionable feedback to local leadership regarding observed colleague strengths, skill gaps, and coaching opportunities
  • Partners with branch and business banking leaders to reinforce expectations and sustain post-certification execution
  • Coordinates content reviews and subject matter expert participation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance
  • Represents the voice of branch colleagues and customers when collaborating on academy enhancements and business banking initiatives
  • Performs other duties as assigned
