About The Position

Apple Operations and Supply Chain delivers to customer promise with revolutionary precision, accuracy and at an immense scale. As Support Program Manager you will be responsible for collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure Operations Systems are sustainable, scalable, achieve optimal performance and enable our functional business team to deliver Apple’s customer commitment. The BizOps Program Manager drives continuous improvement strategies across business processes and systems to launch products on time, with high quality and maximum customer availability for both Appleʼs B2C and B2B Channel.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or any Engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years as a program manager, or team lead in global organizations.
• 5+ years expertise in Operations Order to Cash process and systems.
• 5+ years experience with SAP ECC/S4 Hana.
• 5+ years experience working in a support organization.

Nice To Haves

• Experience developing SLAʼs for Systems/Application performance.
• Experience leading projects and driving change management strategies to improve end to end SDLC practices.
• Experience with Business Intelligence and AI/ML technologies applied to systems monitoring or predictive readiness.
• Understanding of O2C, B2C & B2B operations fulfillment processes.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred.
• Certified Scrum Master preferred.
• Certifications in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA preferred.
• Excellent project management skills, experience working in a matrix organization.
• Proven Experience in working in both cross functional and global contexts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
• Executive Presence - proven ability to effectively and succinctly present complex topics, initiatives, post mortem, proposals to a diverse leadership audience.
• Strong problem-solving techniques for issue resolution.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with our business partners on the status of systems issues and resolution strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills required to serve diverse customer base and deal effectively with escalating issues.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, high sense of urgency; thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced, global environments.
