About the Role The Program Manager of Autonomous Building Deployments is accountable for end-to-end execution of PassiveLogic’s global project portfolio, driving the deployment of the Autonomous Building platform across commercial buildings worldwide. This role owns delivery performance across quality, schedule, cost, and margin, and is the central integrating force between customers, field execution teams, internal engineering and product functions, and senior leadership. The successful candidate will bring deep credibility in commercial building systems, demonstrated skill in orchestrating complex multi-stakeholder programs, and the leadership presence to embed a project-driven, customer-centric culture across a fast-scaling organization. Our Program Manager will be an execution-driven leader who combines field credibility with strategic program oversight. They thrive in fast-scaling, cross-functional environments and bring an unwavering customer focus, bias for action, and personal accountability.
