About the Team This role is at the center of our strategy to empower developers by fundamentally transforming how software is released with fearless autonomous deployments. As the Product Manager for this outcome, you will lead the charge in removing manual bottlenecks from the release process. The Mission: Replace manual intervention with intelligent automation—including automated testing, approvals, and deep production insights. The Strategy: Utilize feature flags to decouple deployment from release, driving faster time-to-market and increased system stability. Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with developer platforms, DevOps tools, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, or large-scale enterprise platforms, particularly for internal developer customers
  • Deep expertise in the modern software development lifecycle (SDLC), including release engineering, progressive delivery, quality assurance, and automated testing principles
  • Proven experience translating complex business strategy and technical challenges into a clear, data-driven product roadmap
