About The Position

The Program Manager Ambulatory Pediatric Operations is responsible for leading and coordinating operational projects and strategic initiatives that support high-quality, efficient, and scalable pediatric services. This role oversees program planning, execution, and prioritization across pediatric operations, partnering closely with clinical, administrative, and executive stakeholders. The Program Manager plays a key role in driving growth and expansion efforts, improving workflows, and ensuring initiatives are aligned with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and patient-centered care. Through strong project management, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration, this role ensures operational excellence while supporting sustainable growth of pediatric programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in a progressive clinical supervisory role that required operational expertise
  • 7-10 years experience in a hospital or clinic setting related to operations or clinical workflows
  • Previous work experience with regulatory compliance standards and accrediting agency requirements.
  • Previous work experience with department/hospital revenue cycle functions.
  • Previous extensive work experience with computer systems including Windows, Excel and specific department computer/hospital systems.
  • Proven excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma/GED

  • RN licensure highly preferred.

  • Functions as a member of the management team who participates in the overall decision-making for ambulatory operations.
