About The Position

Leads strategic technical programs supporting the design, automation, and global delivery of data center white space. Partners with Data Hall Design (DHD) and cross-functional OCI teams to translate complex technical requirements into scalable, executable solutions. Applies critical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and proactive risk management to identify issues early, challenge assumptions, navigate ambiguity, and improve Data Hall Design at scale.

  • Influences senior stakeholders and resolves issues spanning organizations and regions.
  • Anticipates technical and program risks and drives mitigation before delivery is impacted.
  • Uses data and leading indicators to identify trends, assess program health, and prioritize action.
  • Challenges assumptions, identifies root causes, and drives solutions to systemic issues.
  • Provides fact-based recommendations with clear options, tradeoffs, and impacts.
  • Partners with engineering and software teams to advance Data Hall Design automation.
  • Translates design standards and engineering workflows into scalable automation opportunities that reduce manual effort, variation, errors, and cycle time.
  • Uses deployment feedback and performance data to improve standards, processes, and tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Program Leadership: Leads complex Data Hall Design programs from concept through deployment. Defines strategy, priorities, roadmaps, dependencies, and measurable outcomes across DHD and partner teams. Navigates ambiguity, evaluates tradeoffs, and drives critical decisions. Influences senior stakeholders and resolves issues spanning organizations and regions.
  • Risk & Data-Driven Execution: Anticipates technical and program risks and drives mitigation before delivery is impacted. Uses data and leading indicators to identify trends, assess program health, and prioritize action. Challenges assumptions, identifies root causes, and drives solutions to systemic issues. Provides fact-based recommendations with clear options, tradeoffs, and impacts.
  • Automation & Scale: Partners with engineering and software teams to advance Data Hall Design automation. Translates design standards and engineering workflows into scalable automation opportunities that reduce manual effort, variation, errors, and cycle time. Uses deployment feedback and performance data to improve standards, processes, and tooling.

  • Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
