Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Program Manager 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This leadership role is located on-site, Edwards AFB, CA. This individual will be responsible for test site leadership, long range strategic planning, and day to day management that supports the execution of test article testing. The ideal candidate will oversee test operations from various Test and Evaluation (T&E) disciplines and will be the proven leader responsible for all technical, cost, and schedule performance within the T&E team. The position regularly interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant technical matters requiring coordination between organizations to ensure successful task completion and customer satisfaction The position requires technical knowledge of IFC management, cyber security, network engineering, project management, various sub systems. The selected candidate is responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance and must act with speed, guide others in producing quality work, be a champion of engagement, build team morale, be self-motivated, and have the ability to communicate complex technical issues and solutions. A successful track record of program performance, interpersonal team building skills, and management experience is required.
