About The Position
This role involves partnering to find and create solutions that meet the divinely appointed responsibilities of the Church, fostering an environment of trust and unity, building upon strengths and ideas to create effective products, and delivering effective and timely communication. Requirements
- Only members of the Church who are worthy of a temple recommend qualify for employment
Responsibilities
- Clearly understand and communicate project objectives and goals
- Organize the needed resources to meet project requirements
- Owns project-level scope, schedule, and budget
- Ensure projects adhere to Church process and policy equivalent to the sphere of work
- Act as project generalist – may be asked to manage a range of project times (e.g. web, mobile, exhibits, etc)
- Engage when multiple deliverables coalesce into a cohesive whole and end-to-end management is needed
