About The Position

Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Air Dominance team in Orlando, FL. You will be responsible for leading the production capacity expansion activities for this program. As the Investment Capacity Expansion Program Manager, you will be responsible for production rate ramp from currently funded rates to new target rate. Your program management responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Lead the cross functional team responsible for the facilitization of the infrastructure across multiple sites and suppliers in support of rate ramp. Oversee day-to-day facilitization activities including oversight of cost, schedule, risk and opportunity across internal and subcontract scope. Lead the cross functional team and coordinate with cost estimating on liquidation of investment. Be responsible for communication to program teams, program leadership and Sr leadership.

Requirements

• Must have an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years
• Prior program management experience of sizable and complex activities
• Must have the ability to work onsite full-time
• Prior experience leading cross functional teams to include responsibility for quality, technical, schedule, and cost performance
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and formal presentation skills, including the ability to interface at all levels and across multiple functions and customer sets
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
