About The Position

The Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist will provide Integrated Logistics Management support to the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG). This role will be responsible for developing, managing, updating, and maintaining the Logistics Master Schedule (LMS), as well as developing, drafting, and reviewing foundational ILS program documentation. The position will also provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure logistics activities remain aligned with current USCG policies, directives, and requirements.

Requirements

• Acquisition or Integrated Logistics Support experience or familiarity.
• Experience developing and maintaining ILS documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Project (project scheduling software).
• Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide Integrated Logistics Management support to the USCG.
• Develop, manage, update, and maintain the Logistics Master Schedule (LMS).
• Develop, draft, and review foundational ILS program documents.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure compliance with current USCG logistics policies and directives.
