About The Position

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Office Suite and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts. Requirements

  • Experience with Nutrition Knowledge of Holistic Health and Fitness Domains with education and training
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Project, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to deliver comprehensive programmatic support
  • Ability to display flexibility, show initiative and innovation, and deal with ambiguous and fast paced situations.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in program planning and implementation, contract interpretation, budget support, and administration of government projects or business administration, or Master's degree and 2+ years of experience in program planning and implementation, contract interpretation, budget support, and administration of government projects or business administration

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the DoD
  • Experience with performing or supporting project controls, planning, scheduling, budget management, cost estimation, or risk management.
  • Experience with developing and modifying Excel spreadsheets, project scope documents, project timetables, and test plans
  • Certification in CAPM, PMP, or other Program Management Certifications

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of corporate strategy.
  • Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting.

  • Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards through communication.
  • Develop and maintain program strategy.
  • Provide oversight on project schedules, coordinate client meetings, research, and assign and track tasks in accordance with requirements.
  • Collect, edit, and format weekly highlights and milestones in a fast-paced, multi-layered program office.
  • Provide out briefs on tasks and projects to keep clients informed of key issues and changes that may impact expected project results.
