About The Position

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. That’s why we need you, an experienced program/project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of defense technology strategy. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Suite and regular interactions with technologists and customers. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, program management, organizational advising, or operational restructuring
  • Experience with process improvement or strategic planning
  • Experience with financial analysis, including conducting research on market trends and identify areas to save cost
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Ability to communicate clearly and assertively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience working within a team environment, quickly diagnosing dynamics, and successfully discussing corrective action plans with the client for buy-in
  • Experience mentoring personnel, resolving conflicts, and motivating teams through organizational change
  • Knowledge of DoD technology development
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including government leads, vendors, and technical teams
  • Master's degree in a related field
