About The Position

The Guidance SSC Program Manager/Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leader (Level L) will lead all aspects of the Minuteman III guidance subsystem. This includes accuracy analysis, pre and post-flight assessment, operational assessment, anomaly investigations for inertial instruments and hardware components, performance assessment database system (PADS), integration test bed, and guidance battery. The role encompasses requirements, design, integration, test, sustainment, and support for repair/production. The Guidance SSC PM is responsible for the technical, schedule, and financial execution of their IPT’s scope of work and will ensure collaboration and integration across the Minuteman III Program teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions, or initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience in program management of technical programs for aerospace or other engineering business areas
  • 3+ years of experience in a management role working with both direct reports and business unit leaders
  • 3+ years of experience with RIO (Risks, Issues and Opportunities) processes and tools
  • 3+ years of financial experience (Earned Value Management (EVM) and/or Level Of Effort (LOE))
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

  • Manage, develop and motivate employees and managers.
