About The Position

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced program management specialist, who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll provides program management support directly to an Integrated Product Team Lead within a Navy warfare center cybersecurity division. You will engage with multiple stakeholders across engineering, acquisition, finance, contracts, and logistics functions, while developing comprehensive briefings and communicating program status to Navy leadership. You will track critical action items, schedules, costs, and performance metrics and analyze requirements, budgets, and schedules to perform management and business case analyses. The program management specialist will collect, organize, and interpret data using advanced visualization techniques tailored to various audiences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience developing Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROM) and Statements of Work (SOW)
  • 4+ years of experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization techniques
  • Experience working within Navy cybersecurity test and evaluation product teams
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member to manage schedule, cost, and performance metrics
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience in project management, Associate's degree and 5+ years of experience in project management, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in project management

  • Knowledge of the DOT&E Cyber Test and Evaluation processes
  • Ability to prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating efficiently
