Program Management Residential Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities and appointments for all individuals receiving support including implementing programs and services Coordinate, supervise, and maintain the daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee the daily operation of the program Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered Provide input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents and lobbies on behalf of individuals receiving care Maintain relationships with families, guardians, and implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- One year of supervisory experience required
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company.
- Ability to work flexible hours and locations and cover direct care shifts as necessary, provide emergency on-call support.
- Ability to use general office, household, and adaptive equipment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma/General Education Diploma and equivalent work experience of three years or residential services for individuals with disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license from state of residence with a satisfactory driving record as defined by Company vehicle policy and/or liability insurance carrier (as applicable per program requirements)
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
