Program Management, Operational Performance

Plug Technologies Inc•Los Angeles, CA
•$135,000 - $159,000•Onsite

About The Position

Plug is hiring for its Operations team, which runs its used-electric-vehicle marketplace across payments, listings, logistics, and commercial intake. The role provides a strategic layer for Operations: giving leadership a clear view of performance and its causes, then turning that insight into action. The position owns Operations KPIs, leads strategic operational projects—including bringing more of the transaction lifecycle and operational infrastructure in-house—and serves as a flexible resource for urgent or ambiguous business needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the business and its executive and functional leaders. They will synthesize data into clear narratives, drive decisions, and implement the work needed to execute those decisions. The role partners across Operations, Finance, and Product, leads the Operations weekly business review (WBR), and helps keep metrics and operating practices relevant as the company grows. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt, in-person role based in Sawtelle, between Santa Monica and West Los Angeles. Relocation assistance and sponsorship are not available. Plug describes itself as a marketplace for used electric vehicles, founded in 2023 by former Tesla executives. It reports facilitating $150 million in EV sales and raising a $20 million Series A led by Lightspeed Venture Partners.
