About The Position

The Program Management Manager will lead the first year of the Missiles & Fire Control Microelectronics Factory (MeF), overseeing FY‑26 launch activities. Core duties include defining programmatic needs, tracking manpower across all MeF functional areas, and coordinating IRAD/CRAD efforts, supply‑chain, facilities, and staffing. The role drives inter‑business‑area collaboration (RMS, Space, Aero, etc.), manages technology road‑mapping using tools such as SharpCloud, Tableau, or ProductBook, and produces executive‑level reports, dashboards, and KPI visualizations to keep senior leadership informed of schedule, burn rate, and milestone performance.

Requirements

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
An active Secret clearance is required to start.
Must have an active Secret clearance
Exposure or experience with electrical engineering, programming or microelectronics
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams (electrical, mechanical, supply‑chain)
Strong financial acumen, including CPI, SPI, and earned‑value management
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
7‑10 years of program management experience in defense or aerospace microelectronics
Knowledge of Lockheed Martin IRAD/CRAD processes and related metrics (TRL/MRL, burn rate)
Familiarity with technology road‑mapping tools such as SharpCloud, Tableau, or ProductBook
Proficiency in Python or R, PowerBI (or equivalent) and data‑modeling for engineering analytics
Strong analytical, visualization, and reporting capabilities; experience with Lockheed Martin reporting templates
