As Factory Manager, you will lead a fast-paced manufacturing operation with full ownership of manufacturing, heat treat, and assembly across more than 12 product lines. Requirements

  • Budgeting: Extensive knowledge of organization's budget process; ability to apply policies and practices for planning and administering a budget.
  • Quality Management: Extensive knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization.
  • Analytical Thinking: Extensive knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
  • Planning and Organizing: Expert knowledge of the process of planning and arranging tasks and resources; ability to plan and organize both time and resources to get things completed while structuring and maintaining work in a systematic and highly methodical way.
  • Performance Management: Expert knowledge of successful performance management techniques; ability to apply organization's performance management system, practices, and tools to developing and improving individual, team, and organizational performance.
  • Manufacturing Operations: Expert knowledge of manufacturing operations; ability to perform day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant or facility for products.
  • Manufacturing Safety: Extensive knowledge of manufacturing safety; ability to identify work-related hazards and perform necessary activities to meet regulatory requirements for the safety and protection of workers, environment, and site.
  • Manufacturing Standards, Procedures and Policies: Extensive knowledge of organizational standards, procedures, and policies in manufacturing activities; ability to plan, guide, and monitor manufacturing processes for compliance.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

  • Lead a large segment of plant operations across manufacturing, heat treat, and assembly in a high-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Own performance across 12+ product lines with direct impact on global customers and large engine demand growth.
