About The Position

SAIC is seeking a Program Management Manager to lead complex cybersecurity projects and serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders. This position can be located in Ft. Meade, MD or Arlington, VA and requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

• Knowledge and experience in a particular area of cybersecurity including but not limited to: threat management, offensive and defensive operations, network security, malware analysis, AI/ML in cybersecurity, cloud security, cryptography, secure software development, and quantum computing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical, schedule, cost, and contractual matters.
• Lead the management of project execution, including communications, performance, staffing, and transition activities, ensuring all deliverables and objectives are met.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders, mission partners, and contracting officers.
• Provide strategic direction, program governance, and executive-level reporting to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in a particular area of cybersecurity including but not limited to: threat management, offensive and defensive operations, network security, malware analysis, AI/ML in cybersecurity, cloud security, cryptography, secure software development, and quantum computing.
• Oversee financial and business management, including forecasting, budget execution, cost optimization, and performance metrics reporting to ensure program financial success.
• Lead diverse, multi-disciplinary teams, including cleared and uncleared personnel.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and strategies to meet emergent customer needs.
