Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business, is looking for a dynamic Program Management Manager to join our team in Enfield, CT. This role is accountable for the overall profitability and performance of assigned program(s), including the enhancement of existing and implementation of new programs. The Program Management Manager will maintain and create a professional yet personalized relationship with assigned customers and is accountable for continuous improvement in customer program management tools and processes. This role involves end-to-end program lifecycle management (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure), collaborating with and influencing cross-functional internal leaders regarding customer-specific strategy, execution, and customer relationship management. Responsibilities include the consistent management and administration of contractual obligations, all recoveries and remedies for programs adhering to contractual commitments, and risk management and mitigation strategies. The role supports the coordination and clarification of analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long-range business goals, and integrates the implementation of Program Management Practices. Daily RAIL management & execution, facilitating the resolution of program issues, and developing solutions to complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation are key. The manager will provide in-depth analysis, identify lessons learned, and provide historical reports for future project plans. They will collect, organize, and provide data according to established processes within the management system to maintain the status of programs, customer and supplier commitments, and compliance, ensuring follow-up action for issue resolution. Additionally, the role involves providing coaching and guidance to teammates, fostering a collaborative and growth environment, and performing 1-on-1s. The Program Management Manager will act as a subject matter expert in program management, conduct program reviews with external and internal senior leadership, provide approvals for CR/Rebills and RMAs, create Get to Green Plans, provide KPI metrics reports, and support Customer On-Site Business Reviews. Leading cross-functional teams through high-stress recovery situations and performing other duties as assigned are also part of the role. To be considered, candidates must complete an assessment.
