About The Position
Our Program Management Internship will provide the opportunity to learn about Program Planning & Delivery and Project Management across Global Brand & Commercial at Universal Destinations & Experiences. This role will get hands on experience in all areas of program and project management across all UDX sites. We are seeking interns who are proactive, detail-oriented and interested in project and program management in the Global Brand and Commerce space.
Requirements
- In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.
- Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
- A transcript is required upon application.
- Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2027.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred majors include: Project Management, Business, Marketing, Event Hospitality or equivalent.
- Highly organized
- Strong communication skills
- Self-directed and proactive problem solver
- Strong MS Office skills
- Experience with project management software (Workfront)
- Fundamental understanding of web and mobile app development
Responsibilities
- Support the creation and management of end-to-end timelines
- Track key dependencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain integrated timelines and milestones across program working teams.
