Responsibilities

Create and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and quality control processes to maintain audit readiness.
Track key milestones and ensure cross-functional accountability for project deliverables.
Drive wafer lot starts and manage material logistics to deliver samples on time.
Monitor budget forecasts, hold functions accountable for deliverables and proactively flag misses.
Execute engineering setups across TI systems per NPD guidelines from Kick off to Production Ramp.
Lead teams to on-time RTMs within cost, performance, and customer production timelines.
Identify project risks with functional teams and develop mitigation and contingency strategies.
Provide clear direction and priorities to support decision-making across functions.
Facilitate root cause identification and resolution for issues.
Escalate critical risks promptly to ensure leadership engagement.
Build and maintain project dashboards for real-time visibility into status, risks, and issues.
Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly executive status updates highlighting performance vs. baselines and any escalation needs.
Partner with resource managers to ensure adequate staffing.
Monitor resource utilization and identify optimization opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Business Leadership, functional team members/managers and WW TMG.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly and consistently to all stakeholders.
Identify and implement process and methodology improvements.
Champion project management best practices.
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
Inspire and lead cross functional teams towards flawless execution
