This role ensures programs stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with customer and company requirements through coordination of documentation, tracking of key metrics, and facilitation of communication across teams. Key activities include coordinating documentation, tracking metrics, and facilitating communication across various internal teams such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance. The coordinator also supports customer communication, manages customer portals, assists with change management, ensures documentation compliance, and supports audits and program reviews.
